The church, which was extended at the start of the 19th century by a pre-existing chapel, is dedicated to the patron saint of the town. It has a very fine wooden altar in 18th-century style and a smaller one in Baroque style where the 17th-century statue of Saint John of Nepomuk is located. There are also some pictures by unknown artists dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries depicting the Madonna and Saint Gertrude.
