The origins of the little town of Voltois are ancient, perhaps even Roman. It preserves the characteristics of the old medieval village intact: the residential part has maintained its classic physiognomy, with precious, perfectly preserved examples of Carnia architecture. You can admire residences with arcades and flowering balconies, which are typical of this area. The atmosphere, immersed in the silence of nature, among numerous springs and mountains, is unique. For those who love cycling, the road that leads to Voltois is an excellent uphill test!
